Balcatta Ice
I am furious, they are unreliable and unprofessional. After calling ahead, ordering and paying for the dry ice, we were told last minute, on the day we needed it, they just “ran out”. After they were unable to explain this shortage, they couldn’t even provided a solution eg, another store to purchase it. This is unacceptable.
